This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you provide on the consarctic.com website ("Site" or "Service") and any related products and services (collectively, "Services") is collected, protected and used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update that information. This policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Consarctic GmbH ("Consarctic GmbH", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control, or to individuals we do not employ or manage.

Automatic data acquisition

Automatic collection of informationaWhen you open the Website, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. This information may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, language settings or the web page you were visiting before you came to the Site and Services, pages of the Site and Services you visit, time spent on those pages, information you search for on the Site, access times and dates, and other statistics.

Automatically collected information is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and to compile statistical information about the use and traffic of the website and services. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in a way that would identify a specific user of the system.

Storage of personal information

You can access and use the Site and Services without telling us who you are or revealing any information that could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. However, if you choose to use some of the features on the Site, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address). We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, make a purchase, or fill out online forms on the Site. Billing and payment

For paid services, we request credit card or other payment account information that is used solely for payment processing. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary for the processing of your purchase transaction. After that, your purchase transaction data will be deleted. To the extent necessary to process future payments, and subject to your prior consent, your financial data will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers operated by our reputable payment gateway service provider, who is committed to handling your personal data in accordance with this policy. All direct payment gateways adhere to the latest security standards administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sensitive and private data is exchanged over an SSL-secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and the website and services also comply with PCI security standards to provide the safest possible environment for users. Regular scans for malware are performed for added security and protection.

Manage information

You have the option to delete certain Personal Data that we have about you. The Personal Data that you can delete may change as the Site and Services change. However, if you delete Personal Data, we may retain a copy of the unrevised Personal Data in our records for the period necessary to comply with our obligations to our affiliates and partners and for the purposes described below. If you wish to delete your Personal Data or permanently delete your account, you may do so on the settings page of your account on the Website.

data retention

We will retain and use your personal information for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may use any aggregated data derived from or containing your personal information after you update or delete it, but not in a way that would identify you personally. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of erasure, the right of rectification and the right of data portability can no longer be enforced after the expiry of the retention period.

Transmission of information

Depending on your location, data transfers may involve the transfer and storage of your information in a country other than your own. You have the right to find out about the legal basis for data transfers to a country outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, and the security measures we have in place to protect your information. The rights of users

You may exercise certain rights in relation to your data that we process. In particular, you have the right to: (i) you have the right to withdraw your consent where you have previously consented to the processing of your data; (ii) you have the right to object to the processing of your data where the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent; (iii) you have the right to know whether data is being processed by us, to obtain information about certain aspects of the processing and to obtain a copy of the data being processed; (iv) you have the right to verify the accuracy of your data and to request that it be updated or rectified; (v) You have the right, in certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your data, in which case we will not process your data for any purpose other than storage; (vi) You have the right, in certain circumstances, to obtain erasure of your personal data from us; (vii) You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically possible, to have it freely transferred to another controller. If you would like to know what personal information we hold about you and if you would like it removed from our systems, please contact us.   • You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and have the ability to access your personal information.
  • You have the right to ask us to correct personal data that you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete personal data that you believe is incomplete.

  • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us.
  • You have the right to request a restriction of the processing of your Personal Data. If you restrict the processing of your Personal Data, we may store it but will not process it further.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information unless we first verify your identity or your authority to make such a request and confirm that the personal information relates to you.

Data protection of children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal information through the Site and Services. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's Internet use and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to submit Personal Information through the Site and Services without their permission.
